ADVANCEMENT
We are pleased to announce the promotions of two of our valued employees, Lyiam Galo and Liane Martindale. Lyiam has been promoted to the position of Chief Program Officer, and Liane has been promoted to the position of AmeriCorps Program Director.
Lyiam Galo
Effective July 1, Lyiam will be taking on the role of Chief Program Officer. Over the past three years, Lyiam has consistently showcased his exceptional skills in managing our AmeriCorps / VISTA program and fostering positive relationships with our team members, partners, and community leaders. He is a highly skilled and experienced Program Director, with a proven track record of success. In his new role, he will contribute significantly even greater levels of performance.
Liane has been serving AmeriCorps as Program Associate for a number of years, and during that time, she has made significant contributions to the program. She is a highly motivated and results-oriented leader, always willing to go the extra mile. In her new role, she will manage and expand the program to better serve our community.
We are confident that Lyiam and Liane will continue to be valuable members of our team in their new roles. We congratulate them on their promotions and look forward to their continued success!

Welcome Back, Dorothy!
Dorothy Mogavero
The company is also pleased to announce the return of Dorothy Mogavero! She has a deep understanding of our organization’s services and has decades of experience in Human Services and Program Development Positions. In her new role, she will lead our grant development program and provide HR support as needed. We have the utmost confidence in Dorothy’s dedication to our collective success and her ability to elevate our grant-writing efforts in order to secure ongoing funding.
